Description
The Greeter/Host serves as the welcoming face of the Tasting Rooms, greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, answering calls, providing restaurant information, escorting guests, coordinating with servers and the kitchen, supporting table turnover, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with front-of-house organization and takeout or pickup orders. The role requires customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, multitasking ability, flexible availability, and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift light items in a busy restaurant environment.
