HGreg is hiring a Greeter to serve as a front-line representative at its automotive dealerships. The role greets customers, determines the nature of their visit, registers them in DealerSocket CRM, answers basic inquiries, directs customers to the appropriate sales or service department, and represents the dealership professionally. The schedule includes an 8-hour shift including weekends and two days off per week. Customer service experience is preferred, along with knowledge of HGreg’s sales process, communication skills, basic computer aptitude, and a friendly attitude.
