The Greeter at RWB Thrift greets and assists customers at the store entrance, directs shoppers, enforces store policies such as leaving large bags or backpacks at the counter, monitors the sales floor for loss-prevention concerns, and collaborates with staff and management. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service experience or a retail background, loss-prevention awareness, physical endurance, and the ability to work in a busy, noisy, and brightly lit environment. The pay range is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, and employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
