Description
The Greeter at RWB Thrift greets and assists customers at the store entrance, directs shoppers, enforces store policies such as leaving large bags or backpacks at the counter, monitors the sales floor for loss-prevention concerns, and collaborates with staff and management. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a busy, noisy retail environment. A high school diploma or GED and prior customer-service or retail experience are preferred, and the pay range is $19.29 to $20.21 per hour.
