The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are hiring a part-time, event-based Greeter to welcome guests, verify tickets, control access, monitor escalators and elevators, provide wayfinding and seating support, enforce venue policies, and assist with event egress and farewell messaging. The role requires evening availability, strong hospitality and communication skills, and preferably customer service or hospitality experience and bilingual English/Spanish ability.
