Description
ABB is hiring a Field Application Engineer for its ELDS Grid Components business in Central/Eastern Canada. The role provides hands-on medium-voltage application engineering support to OEM, distributor, and channel customers; reviews schematics, layouts, and BOMs; develops application notes and reference designs; resolves technical escalations; tracks design-in opportunities; supports product marketing and go-to-market strategy; and delivers training. The position requires approximately 10–15 years of relevant experience, a degree in electrical or power engineering or equivalent experience, a Professional Engineering designation, and travel to the United States, Europe, and Asia.
