CoreCivic is hiring a Grievance Coordinator to oversee inmate and resident grievance processes in an institutional, secure setting. The role coordinates informal and formal grievance investigations, evaluates facts and credibility, facilitates resolutions, prepares reports, monitors action plans, and coordinates appeals. The position pays $30.09 per hour and requires a bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science or related field, two years of criminal justice experience preferred, Microsoft Office experience, a valid driver's license, and a minimum age of 21.
