Description
The Grill Cook prepares meat, fish, and grill dishes; operates and monitors the grill station; portions ingredients; maintains food quality and HACCP hygiene standards; cleans the work area and equipment; and cooperates with the kitchen and service teams. The role is based at Goldene Panade in Vienna, offers fixed hours from 11:00 to 22:00, and is available full-time or part-time for 30–40 hours per week. Applicants should have grill-cooking experience or a comparable background, and the position pays at least €2,000 net according to the hospitality and hotel industry collective agreement.
