The Grill Cook will prepare and cook grilled foods, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, follow food-safety guidelines, prepare ingredients, and support daily kitchen operations at the U of M Dearborn Café. The full-time day-shift role runs Monday through Friday, pays $20–$23 per hour, and offers health benefits after 90 days.
