Compass Group is hiring a full-time Grill Cook for the Loomis Chaffee School dining program in Windsor, Connecticut. The role prepares and serves food at the grill station, handles short-order orders, maintains food quality and safety standards, cleans work areas, and resolves customer concerns. The schedule includes nights and weekends from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with weekends extending to 10:00 p.m., and online applications are accepted. Previous high-volume, fast-paced short-order cooking experience is preferred, and the pay range is $21.00 to $21.50 per hour.
