Description
The Grinder operates powered portable wheel, disk, or belt grinders to grind and smooth component surfaces before finishing, selects appropriate abrasive grades, polishes ground areas, replaces worn abrasive tools, and recommends improvements to production methods and product quality. The role works first shift Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., requires an equivalent high school diploma or G.E.D. certification, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
