Aluminum Precision Products is hiring a Grinder to remove flash and excess material from manufactured parts to blueprint and shop-order specifications. The role includes visual and tactile inspection, surface-grinding, part counting, quality assurance, and on-the-job training. Candidates must follow safety procedures, wear personal protective equipment, work in a drug-free environment, communicate in English, have depth perception, and be able to work overtime and handle heavy parts. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, vacation, holiday, sick-time, bonus, and tuition-reimbursement benefits.
