The grinder will work at the end of a sheet metal production process, performing grinding, deburring, and sanding operations to ensure parts meet technical and aesthetic finish requirements. The role also includes visual quality inspection, defect correction, adherence to tolerances and customer requirements, workstation safety, and collaboration with production teams. Initial experience in grinding, finishing, or metalworking is an asset, along with manual dexterity, precision, attention to detail, independent work ability, teamwork, shift flexibility, and willingness to learn.
