Description
Standex International is hiring a Grinder to set up and operate hand and mechanical grinders and sanders, remove material and burrs, deburr, buff, hone, and polish aerospace components, and support the production schedule. The role includes rough grinding, final grinding, chemical-milling blending, and weld grinding, with verification of thickness and finish, equipment maintenance, and participation in on-the-job training. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform basic math, stand for eight hours, work in a fast-paced environment, and be open to overtime.
