The role operates grinding equipment to grind metal work pieces according to blueprints, production schedules, and standard charts, while also straightening, filing, fitting, inspecting, and removing finished parts. The position may repair cracks or dents with welding equipment, with additional welding training available through Wayne Metals, LLC. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications and computer literacy.
