BESTpro Personalkonzepte GmbH is hiring a Grinder / Cylindrical Grinder (m/f/d) in Wuppertal for a full-time, three-shift assignment of 35–40 hours per week. The role involves setting up and operating conventional cylindrical grinding machines, loading and machining metal parts, performing stone grinding and strip polishing, monitoring and correcting the machining process, checking results against drawings and inspection sheets, and maintaining the machines. Applicants need relevant training or comparable qualification, knowledge of grinding-machine operation, measuring and testing instruments, technical-drawing interpretation, and shift willingness. The assignment is temporary staffing with long-term assignment prospects and above-tariff pay, benefits, and an above-average chance of permanent employment.
