Description
Standex International is hiring a Grinder/Finisher to report to the Manufacturing Manager and finish metal components using grinding, polishing, cutting, and finishing tools and machinery. The role includes operating grinding equipment and robotic cells, performing surface finishing and inspection, reading work orders and blueprints, maintaining equipment, documenting production and quality information, and supporting safety, housekeeping, and SQDC goals. The position works the 3:30 PM–12:00 AM shift, with first-shift training and a shift differential included.
