ChampionX is hiring a Grinder Operator - 2nd Shift in Crowley, Texas. The role operates and maintains grinding and related manufacturing equipment, follows Lean Manufacturing and operational-excellence practices, inspects parts with measuring tools, rotates through processes, and supports production as needed. The schedule is four 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, 4:15 PM to 3:00 AM. The position requires relevant experience, computer and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the day, and drug and alcohol testing and a criminal background check.
