The Grinder Operator operates grinding equipment and supports production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include material handling, forklift inspections, silo monitoring, quality checks, material transfers, documentation, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance support. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, schedule flexibility, and attention to safety and quality. No prior experience is required because training is provided.
