The AZEK Company/TimberTech Wilmington division is hiring a Grinder Operator for the PVC Plant and a separate Grinder Operator for the Rail Plant, both on the day shift. The role removes scrap from production lines, grinds it for reuse, manages dust collection, sorts and tags regrind, supports staging of bins and skids, operates a forklift, and reports equipment problems. The position pays $21.50 to $24.00 per hour, follows a rotating 2/2/3 schedule from 6:45 AM to 7 PM, and requires forklift certification, English proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
