Description
The AZEK Company/TimberTech Wilmington division is hiring a Grinder Operator for the Rail Plant on the day shift, operating from 6:45 AM to 7 PM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. The role removes scrap from production lines, grinds it for reuse, manages dust collection, separates and tags regrind, supports staging of bins and skids, and operates a forklift. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires forklift certification, manufacturing experience, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment. The listed pay is $21.50 to $24.00 per hour, with a $3,000 bonus and $1,500 bonuses at three and six months.
