Description
The Grinding Machinist will machine, repair, and finish critical aerospace components to precise specifications by operating CNC and manual grinding equipment, reading blueprints and technical drawings, inspecting parts with precision measuring tools, adjusting feeds and speeds, maintaining equipment, and supporting quality initiatives. The role requires manufacturing machining experience, blueprint and GD&T knowledge, precision-measuring proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and strong safety and quality practices. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with possible day fluctuations and weekend work, and includes a $1–$3/hour shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
