Description
The Regrind Operator sets up and operates equipment to produce regrind meeting customer expectations, starts and adjusts machinery, logs production data, maintains safety and housekeeping, transfers regrind to silos, and assists in training new employees. The role is hourly and non-exempt, runs Monday through Friday on the third shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift operation, physical stamina, and the ability to follow and communicate instructions.
