Description
The Grinding Utility Operator will move raw ingredients throughout the Royal Canin manufacturing site, load and unload trailers, and prepare ingredients for mixing. The role works several positions across the site, coordinates with Operations to prevent production delays, communicates material shortages, and escalates safety, quality, and efficiency issues. It requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, at least one year of manufacturing, technical, or trade experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position offers rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, a $3 per hour night-shift differential, and medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
