The role involves setting up grinding equipment, preparing and positioning parts, adjusting components to drawing dimensions, repairing resurfaced parts, maintaining safe working conditions, and communicating effectively within the team. Candidates should have initial welding training or grinding experience, be able to interpret mechanical drawings, work in noisy and dusty environments, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
