99 Ranch Market is hiring a full-time Store Management Trainee in Edison, New Jersey. The role includes a 6- to 8-month training and evaluation period, followed by assignment to a store where the trainee manages department operations, product planning and ordering, inventory control, employee scheduling and performance, promotions, and store standards. The position requires 1-3 years of related experience, including at least one year of management or supervisory experience, flexible weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to travel between stores. Compensation is $20-$25 per hour during training, with medical, vision, dental, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and an employee discount.
