Description
The Grocery Team Lead supports the Grocery Manager and Assistant Grocery Manager in overseeing day-to-day grocery store operations, customer service, staff training, inventory, food safety, cash handling, store appearance, and administrative duties. The role requires at least one year of grocery experience, a high school education or GED, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position is non-exempt, based in Jacksonville, Florida, and requires physical work including standing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions.
