Description
ABB is hiring a full-time Groepsleider Motor Engineers to lead and coordinate motor engineers and technical specialists on customer-site maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and other technical services. The role also plans and deploys engineers across Central Europe, coordinates with project managers and regional team leaders, approves team hours and costs, supports complex technical diagnoses, and develops team training and safety qualifications. The position requires an HBO or equivalent qualification, 7–10 years of motor-environment experience, technical leadership or coaching experience, knowledge of electric motors and drive systems, and strong Dutch and English communication skills.
