Sparkle Grooming Co. is hiring a Grooming Manager to lead a high-performing salon team. The role combines hands-on dog grooming with leadership responsibilities, including onboarding and training groomers, maintaining breed-standard service quality, ensuring pet and associate safety, supporting sales and membership goals, coaching the team, maintaining hygiene and workstations, advising pet owners, and resolving customer-service issues. The position requires four to six years of professional grooming experience, knowledge of breed standards and scissoring techniques, and experience in salon sales, inventory, customer service, and conflict resolution. Compensation is a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus tips, with paid time off, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities.
