Description
The Grooming Manager leads the daily operation of a resort's grooming fleet and staff, supervising personnel, planning nightly grooming, coordinating with Mountain Operations and other departments, monitoring weather and snow conditions, maintaining grooming equipment, overseeing summer trail maintenance, managing budgets and operational efficiency, enforcing safety standards, and supporting special events. The role requires 3–5 years of mountain grooming experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of snowcat and winching operations, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license.
