Petco is hiring a Grooming Salon Leader to lead and manage grooming salon operations and team members while performing expert-level grooming services. The role includes recruiting, training, supervising, scheduling, inventory management, performance monitoring, customer service, pet safety, sanitation, and grooming recommendations. Candidates need at least two years of professional grooming experience or completion of a technical grooming training program, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability for at least 35 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
