Ingenia is hiring a full-time Ground & Maintenance Supervisor to lead the grounds and maintenance team at its Torquay Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, the role oversees public spaces, gardens, lawns, pools, repairs, contractors, budgets, equipment, safety, records, and staff development. The position requires team leadership, recruitment and performance management, workforce planning, WHS compliance, and strong communication, with applicants needing Australian working rights and a National Police Check.
