Description
Life Flight Network is hiring a Ground Clinical Educator to oversee and coordinate clinical education and training for ground transport clinicians. The role develops and evaluates onboarding, competency, continuing education, simulation, and remedial programs; supports quality, compliance, accreditation, and workforce development; and maintains operational clinical proficiency through approximately 0.3 FTE field shifts. The position may be based in Aurora, Redmond, Newport, Lincoln City, Oregon, or the Tri-Cities, Washington area, and requires an unrestricted paramedic license, three years of progressively responsible EMS, critical care transport, or emergency medicine experience, and current instructor status in applicable certifications.
