Description
The role delivers Ground Crewman Mission Support LMP training material at the School of Army Aviation, including training and assessment of Initial Employment Trainees and responsive support to the Army Aviation Training Centre. Responsibilities include qualified assessor and trade testing officer functions, GCMS training in barracks or field environments, courseware and LMP review, Systems Approach to Defence learning, ePEX review and authorisation, and compliance with safety, environmental, airworthiness, and other Defence requirements. Essential qualifications include excellent communication, a commitment to aviation maintenance safety, and at least two years of instructional and assessor experience; CERT IV TAE 16 or higher and several Defence aviation courses are desirable.
