Northwest Youth Services is hiring a Ground Floor Program Intern to support young people accessing The Ground Floor in Bellingham, Washington. The unpaid, service-learning internship offers flexible hours of approximately 15–18 per week and involves welcoming guests, providing orientations and resource referrals, supporting needs assessments, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and helping organize community-building activities. Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant human services, social work, psychology, or similar program, pass a background check, and complete required certifications and screenings within the first 30 days.
