Amazon Prime Air is hiring a Ground Handler in Bondurant, Iowa, to support drone delivery operations through equipment handling, airspace monitoring, warehouse and package-preparation tasks, safety compliance, community engagement, and operational documentation. The role requires physical work in variable outdoor and refrigerated environments, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel to local sites up to 25% of the time. Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, a valid driver's license, and local-site travel; FAA Part 107, aviation knowledge, warehouse or logistics experience, and aviation or drone experience are preferred. Starting pay is $20.00–$40.00 USD per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
