Description

Blue Origin is hiring a senior Ground Network Engineer for its Blue National Security unit and Quartz program, which operates a global network of ground stations connecting space and Earth. The role designs, deploys, secures, monitors, documents, and automates resilient WAN/LAN network infrastructure across multiple sites and a Network Operations Center, while leading cybersecurity compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8 or more years architecting scalable network infrastructure, strong multi-vendor networking and routing knowledge, programming experience, and U.S. citizenship, national status, permanent residency, or qualifying refugee/asylee status. Preferred qualifications include Juniper and Palo Alto Networks experience and knowledge of NIST and FIPS requirements.
