Description
The Airport Agent oversees and supports cross-utilized ground operations and customer service agents, while also performing aircraft cleaning, security, operations, and commissary duties. The role coordinates agents, assigns work, provides customer information, assists passengers, loads and unloads baggage, marshals aircraft, operates ground equipment, and ensures compliance with FAA, Allegiant Air, and airport regulations. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, airline industry experience, U.S. work authorization, a criminal background check, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
