Description
Ground Operations Agents handle airline ramp and baggage operations at Tocumen International Airport, including loading, unloading, servicing, guiding, and directing Boeing aircraft; protecting and recording baggage, cargo, and mail; and transporting materials to and from aircraft. The role is physically demanding, performed outdoors in tropical weather, and requires rotating-shift and holiday availability, a valid driver's license, legal-age status, high school completion, and successful completion of interviews, security testing, health assessment, and training.
