Executive Aviation is hiring a Ground Operations Trainer to lead the training program for its Hamilton Below the Wing team at the YHM base. The role trains employees on air carrier and Executive Aviation procedures through in-class, online, and on-the-job instruction, maintains training documentation, supports carrier train-the-trainer programs, provides job shadowing and equipment demonstrations, and promotes safe work practices. The position also supports ramp operations as a Ramp Coordinator, reports to the Station Manager, and requires shifts on the ramp for coverage. It is a full-time leadership role with an hourly salary of $22.50-$27.85 and comprehensive health benefits.
