SSC Space is hiring a permanent, full-time Ground Segment AIV Engineer for its DLR-GfR site in Gilching, Germany, with a start date of November 2026. The role supports Galileo Ground Control Segment AIV campaigns, integrated maintenance and troubleshooting environments, infrastructure evolutions, problem management, security incident handling, test documentation, software anomaly analysis, workarounds, and Anomaly Review Boards. Candidates need a relevant university degree, software integration, verification and validation experience, Linux and virtualization experience, English fluency, troubleshooting skills, and EU citizenship; Galileo ground-segment knowledge and ground-system operations experience are advantageous.
