Description
Katalyst is hiring a Ground Software Engineer to review and own a portion of its Ground software stack, translate stakeholder needs into software requirements, identify feature gaps and technical debt, maintain coding standards, and integrate the software into other company systems. The role requires 3–8 years of experience with cloud-based scalable microservice architecture, production-service ownership, mission-critical support, and fluency in cloud, backend, frontend, streaming, Python, Rust, or TypeScript, along with Docker and AWS managed services experience. The anticipated base salary is $120,000–$165,000 annually, with medical, vision, dental, equity, relocation, and paid-time-off benefits.
