Description
The Ground Staff Member supports passengers before departure, after landing, and during their lounge stay; inspects aircraft cabins; manages food and non-food warehouse inventory; coordinates external ground-handling providers; assigns apron positions; reviews flight operations documents; and assists with catering and flight planning. The role requires vocational training and professional experience in a customer- or service-oriented role, shift and weekend availability, a Class B driver's license, English proficiency, and MS Office skills.
