Description
Spektrum is hiring a Service Level Manager to support EUMETSAT’s Ground Stations Operations Engineering team in Darmstadt, Germany. The role manages and supervises service-team personnel, plans and monitors service delivery, coordinates with EUMETSAT and external partners, and handles service continuity, training, reporting, and handover. It also includes senior ground-station operations engineering responsibilities such as performance monitoring, anomaly investigation, upgrades, verification and validation, commissioning, and technical documentation. The position requires at least five years of relevant engineering experience, two years leading technical service teams, and two years of professional engineering experience with complex ground-station systems, and is full-time and on-site.
