ispace is hiring a full-time Ground Systems Engineer for its Tokyo-based Test and Flight Operations Division. The role designs, develops, and maintains mission control software and cloud-native ground-segment systems; manages telemetry and telecommand data flows; integrates software with spacecraft and ground elements; supports V&V, operational procedures, training, and on-console operations; and requires 24/7 shift work and on-call duties during critical mission phases. The position is hybrid in Tokyo, requiring on-site work at least twice weekly, and prioritizes candidates residing in Japan with a valid working visa.
