Description
RGBSI is hiring a Ground Test Manufacturing Engineer in Lansing, Michigan, to develop manufacturing processes and tooling for composite parts, support production and design activities, troubleshoot issues, train staff, and improve quality and efficiency. The role requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of relevant experience, mechanical manufacturing and composite manufacturing experience, GD&T and print interpretation skills, and familiarity with composite structures and repair processes. Composite experience is preferred, along with CAD, NDT, DFM, cost, and PFMEA experience.
