Description
The Grounds & Facilities Supervisor oversees cemetery and funeral grounds maintenance, including grave-site preparation, lawn care, snow removal, memorial upkeep, equipment and inventory management, and safety compliance. The role supervises and trains grounds staff, coordinates work assignments with other managers, and ensures sites are prepared according to client families’ wishes. A high school education or equivalent experience is required, while funeral industry experience is a plus; the position involves outdoor work in all weather, physical labor, and equipment operation.
