Description
The Grounds and Janitorial Technician maintains the cleanliness, appearance, and condition of assigned housing communities through groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial work, seasonal maintenance, unit preparation, and minor building maintenance. The role operates landscaping and snow-removal equipment, company vehicles, and tools; supports resident relations; and follows safety, Fair Housing, ADA, and OSHA requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required, while prior groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or equipment experience is preferred. The position requires a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather, and a flexible schedule including overtime and on-call assignments.
