The role maintains grounds and properties of private residences through daily landscaping, lawn and garden care, irrigation maintenance, snow and debris removal, seasonal event support, basic household repairs, and property walkthroughs. It requires landscaping or grounds experience, a valid driver’s license, general household maintenance knowledge, a Michigan applicator license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
