Smart Sand is hiring a full-time Grounds Crew member for its Night Shift at the Oakdale facility in Wisconsin. The role performs general plant labor, cleaning, belt-tracking, routine maintenance, and other assigned tasks under the supervision of the Production Manager. The position pays $24.00 per hour plus a $1.00 night-shift differential and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred, while MSHA training and experience is a plus; candidates must pass a physical and respirator clearance and be able to work any assigned shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
